Chris Derrick's hometown paper had a nice long article on him.
We thought it was great in the sense it shows a huge amount of mutual respect between Derrick and his HS coach Paul Vandersteen.
It also shows that Derrick is a true student of the sport.

The article's o.k. I guess for someone who's not a running fan. But for the typical Letsrun crowd, it's not ground-breaking at all. Still glad he got publicized.
He plans to run professionally in either Oregon or California.
