Some training specific questions like sample work outs, milelage etc would be interesting. Also what he feels about altitude training, there has been a lot said as to whether on not he is or should be training at altitude I'd like to hear his take on it.

yeah, i think i remember him saying he thinks lack of altitude training may have contributed to not finishing stronger in Chicago last year. ask him if he incorporated some altitude this time aroound.

At your best level of fitness under ideal weather conditions and feeling mentally at the top of your game, do you see any reason why you couldn't beat any other top marathoner in the world?
