You answer is BS for intentionally trying to deceive the OP.
LV is an exceptional talent. OP is only above average. Even the great LV sucked frosh XC season at Oregon coming off a summer of triathlon trathlon.
Webb was done with competitive swimming after 9th grade. He dropped from 4:23 as a frosh (swimming and running) to 4:03 as a soph (running only).

XC Times are very hard because they vary from course to course. In CA where I'm from, getting a time on a known course like Mt. Sac or Woodward Park (5k) is important. Based on that, I would estimate that you can multiply the 3200 time by 1.65 or so to get a comparable Woodward Park 5k time (which is a fairly fast course for full 5k).
