So this week I'm going to lower my mileage by about 25% to just kinda relax and recuperate after a few tough weeks in succession. I'm gonna be doing ~52 miles, and I was wondering what the people of lets run thought: should I, to get the reduced mileage...
A)Run 5 days but keep the same daily mileage as I did to get a 70 mile week (12-15 on an average day), while still keeping two long runs
B) Run all 7 days but only average a little less than 8 miles a day, keeping two long runs
What are your opinions? What would be more beneficial? Any experience? I'm a 16 y.o. male, 140 pounds if that makes any difference.
