well its gonna be cba, cheserek, and more cba. but if were talking beyond that: Liam Mullet from Pingry had a monster sophomore year all year round, the only bright spot on that sad bunch of pretentious d-bags. Look for Skyland Conference teams to be very good, even more than usual. ridge and North hunterdon will be good as usual, but will be nowhere close to Hillsborough, although all three should be upper tier teams in the state.
what about some juniors from this year like melone and nelson?
top 15 at MOC will be...
1. Ben Malone
2. Shawn Wilson
3. Matt Nelson
4. Jack Boyle
5. Dylan Tarpey
6. Mike McClemens
7. Chris Hatler
8. Billy Bragg
9. Liam Mullett
10. Jake Riff
11. Dan Riff
12. Robert Stone
13. Kyle Levermore
14. Travis Ellis
15. Aaron Liberatore

I think Tom Rooney can probably get in there, too (he has run 9:11 after all) and that would make 5 CBA guys in the top 16! yikes...

CBA will win MOC by a ton again this year again. The question is though, can they get their team average under 16 minutes? That would be amazing!

sorry about that. I know these boards hate bad grammar.
I think they can shatter that... I don't see a reason why they couldn't have five guys under 15:55... I think, conservatively, they should have a team average somewhere in the 15:40-15:50 range. That team is looking ridiculous... and so are a few others around the nation. Going to be a crazy year!
dont underestimate somerville, they will be much better than anyone expects and even better than that in 2013 with a stellar group of sophomores from last year coming up.
Last year, McClemens kind of came from nowhere. As a freshman, he was good, but I wouldn't expect him to break 16 at holmdel the next season. Tom Rooney also came from nowhere this past track season and ran 9:11. Does anyone know if CBA has anyone else relatively unknown who is going to be another top runner in the state?
