I know, I know, I need to include weigh training in my overall program...how many articles do I have to read that tell me that. I'm ready! OK, show me a program targeted for a middle/long distance runner...I'm looking..I'm looking - I can't find a damn thing.
Can anyone point me to a specific weight training program for runners? Specfic workouts...
