Tomorrow I'll be going for my goal of 9:59 in the 3200m at states. (I'm five seconds away.) Thus far, I have done sort of a bigger week than usual in terms of mileage. Around 6 Sunday, 4 Monday, 5 Tuesday, 4 Wednesday, and then just 3 600's yesterday. The first four days aren't much as opposed to my offseason training, but compared to some of my coach's weekly workout schedules (especially when they're broken up by midweek meets) it's substantial.I just wanted to make sure I had a solid week behind me going into this weekend. Anyways, I'm hoping I haven't gone too hard this week while preparing for states. What do you think?
