it saddens me to hear that micro-dosing is out of your system in 4 hours making it hard to detect. on the testing side of things, are there any detection-possibilities on the horizon for this method?
how much money would it take for each elite (sponsored or national) athlete to have a weekly random test? as a fan of the sport, i want to know that the athletes i watch are clean.
Runners on this site: if you don't like athletes that cheat, hold them AND their team/shoe company responsible. when you mention their name on these boards, add their shoe company (ex: Fagan/Reebok, M.Jones/Nike).
Shoe companies: make sure your stables are clean. I've not worn a pair of Nike's for atleast 10 years following all the Marian Jones sh&t.
NRR prediction: low-dose EPO and HGh are going to become standard medication in the next 10-20 years for otherwise healthy people as they get older to stay physically active/healthy later into life. don't be surprised when 100 years-old becomes the new 4minute mile...
