Maybe I got my hopes up, thinking we'd be talking about batting averages and free-throw percentages. However, content was not only boring, but beyond my comprehension-level and not related to my major (Journalism) in any way. Hated it.
I got through an Ivy League school taking a pretty easy set of courses...no difficult science or math at all. My most boring course was History of the World until 1453. The texts were 8 or 10 slim volumes written for the same publisher by our teacher and a bunch of his colleagues. Stunningly unreadable stuff. It was kinda sad, because the teacher was a very good lecturer, but the entire class would come in unprepared because we just couldn't get through the terrible texts.
Toss up between "Psychology and Sociology of Sport" and Botany. Got a "D" in Psych and Soc and had to drop Botany after midterm because I was failing. Overall undergrad GPA was 3.27 so I am not totally stupid but those classes sure sucked.
Existentialism and Literature.
...There are some stunningly BORING profs out there.
