Well here's a high school guy that hasn't gotten much attention but should be on some people's radars.

4:03 mile. Not bad.
I believe he's going to Nova next year and will join McEntee, Denault, and Fitzsimmons.
Could Cheserek have some competition to go sub-4?
Just doubled at Mass All State meet and won in 4:07 and 1:51.00 about an hour and a half apart. Very controlled in both. Appeared to be holding back for much of each race. He's going to be close to below 4:02 on Saturday.
Villanova has a very under the radar class.
Love to see him give Cheserek a run for his money but the pushing back of the Mass state meet from Saturday the 2nd to Tuesday the 5th is not helpful for a race this saturday I would think

As another poster said, he looked controlled in his state victories on 6/5, so maybe it's just like a good quality day on Tuesday before a race on Saturday. Let's hope he can give his best effort in NY.
