My track season is over, third place conference finish in the Steeple, happy about that and all, but just wondering: How much time should you take off before starting summer mileage? I have 4 months before the start of Cross and kinda want to take a short break to let my self 100% recover from some rather minor injuries and soreness. What sort of time frame should I look at? Two weeks? Three?
