Hello I'm a junior going into my senior year for xc. My PR for a 5k is 16:45. I really want to get around 16:10-15:50 for a 5k next season. Can someone give an idea of what running I should do over the summer? Mileage, tempo pace, anything else that would help! Anything that you think would help me get my xc goals/time for next season..
