I am wanting to create a forum just like Letsrun's layout - no registration and one big board.
I Googled Cyboards but couldn't find anything.
Can anyone direct me to a site so I can create a forum?

Go to your local middle school and give zit-face $5 to set up a message board.

You would be better off finding a 30 year old guy living in his parents basement who can remember how they used to do this 15 years ago. I think the technology is virtually obsolete now.
CyBoards PHP Lite
It is like building a Saturn rocket. The technical know-how was long ago lost. All of the people who knew how to do it are retired or dead. But if you are looking for help with the cool multi-colored logo, consult a 10 year old who just learned how to select different fonts in Wordperfect 1.0.
If you truly want to simulate letsrun, be sure to have a Post of the Day and Thread of the Day feature that have never, ever, ever worked.
no one helped
Try a few out. Most will support custom styling so once you've chosen the engine then it's a case of adapting it to be (regress) to the style of letsrun.
Type in google, "message board layout PHP". There are many customized message boards out there. Some you can even copy and paste the code into your page.
Checkout a website called proboards. I don't remember if you actually have to register with them or not, but it's a pretty simplistic message board website. Also offers coding help so you can make it as complex as you would like.

lol, indeed, the ability to make a saturn rocket has left the building.
Junior Seau actually invested a good deal of money into a Cyboard start up company. I would ask him!
