Another dominant year by Mount Union on both sides. I don't see anyone other than Mount winning as long as their coach is in place. He's a stud recruiter and there's facilities there now as well.
There were some great individual performances at the championships. 6'11" high jump from the Wilmington kid, a really close shot put competition between 2 guys from Mount and 2 from BW, Curbow was upset in the 110H...first time in a looong time that Otterbein didn't have a hurdle champion on either side. ONU was dominant as usual in the 800, 1500, Steeple Chase, etc.
On the other end of the spectrum, how bad are Capital and Otterbein? Cap has always been bad, but Otterbein has taken a nose dive in the past few years. It looks like OU only scored in 4 individual events (PV, 800, 400, 110H). Maybe their new AD will come in a clean house because clearly the program is not going in the right direction in either track or XC.
