I agree with Olympic Hopeful. When I made the remarks about the guys lard ass girlfriend I was really hoping/planning he'd come after me. My plan was I'd run just a little bit ahead of him as he chased at 100% VO2MAX, wait until he was wasted and out of breath (probably would only take about 1K) and then I'd proceed to knock his teeth out while he wheezed helplessly.
But seriously, sometimes a little violence does go a long way, even if you get your ass kicked. In grade school I was (and still am) a skinny kid. One day the local bully decided it was my turn. I wasn't about to become his biatch so I hit him in the face repeatedly while he bashed my head in. He kicked my ass that day but never again paid attention to me and NOBODY ever picked on me after that. It's kind of like a bumble bee. The're small, and you could easily f*** with 'em or squash 'em but you don't cause you now you will pay a oainful price. Education my man, you gotta educate.

I've probably maced a half-dozen of these assholes by now. When they can't see I start wrecking body parts and get the f*** out of there. I agree with I agree, except that when you are chasing them, you yell "Run Forrest Run." Then when they get tired (which won't be too long b/c they're f***in' fat asses) you kick them in the balls (or the boobs if they are a girl) and beat the living shit and fat out of them. When they start to cry, you remark, "Cry Baby Cry" and run off.

If they are in a car and you have an easy route of escape that opens up a lot of options and also adds an exciting element to your run.
