This is my first year of competitie track but I've been running for two years. As a team we only do one workout on Monday's and it is usually intervals. Wednesday is a dual meet and I run 4x8, 1600, and either 3200 or 800 or a leg on the 4x4. Friday or Saturday is an invite where I run 4x8 and either the 3200 or 1600. If my times are 2:10, 4:49, 10:36 and run 45 miles a week what can I run by the end of the year and sophomore junior senior years
