It doesn't matter which shoes. Just run man. Do them after an easy run once or twice a week.

Actually, just ask the sprint coach at your school how to increase your top end sprint speed
yes haha but realistically i probably wont beat anyone in the final 100m so i figure if i ever want to win anything i have to take the lead with alot to go
