What is the sophmore class record for 3200?
I want to say that Hulst has it via conversion (ran 8:51 or so for two miles if I recall), but I'm not too sure on that.
As for his time I can't really say I'm surprised. Haney ran 4:12 last year for the 1600 as a freshman after all. He has been running track since middle school I think, but that still doesn't take away from the fact that those are some very fast times for his age. I can't wait for the rest of the season to unfold because he's quite the talent.
Obviously an incredible talent and an incredible time. Any insight as to his training?
