I have my District Track meet this upcoming Tuesday. Last year I managed to get 4th in the mile and 3rd in the 2 mile, and this year my goal is to get at least 2nd place in both. Last week I ran a 4:57 mile and 2:13 800, and I ran a 11:09 2 mile at the end of February, so I know I can definitely do a lot better than that now. Also yesterday for my workout I did 3 sets of 3x400m with 200m jogs, then 400m jogs between sets. Splits were 1:10, 1:13, 1:12, 1:13, 1:13, 1:13, 1:12, 1:13.
