Are stiffer shoes more stable? I am a neutral runner but some weakness/extreme tightening in my right hip has made me start to pronate a little on the right side, so when i wear my neutral shoes, i get pain in my inner arch.
I need something to wear with good forefoot cushion while i get the right side of my body back to normal. Should I go with a mild stability shoe like the lunarglide? or should I get some stiffer neutral shoes, like the asics nimbus, that will help control the pronation?
