Same thing here.
They diagnosed me with osteius pubis....and a bunch of scar tissue and no tear.
I had an MRI and ultra sound. They wanted to do surgery on scar tissue.
I had a hernia surgery about 2-3 years back that wasn't related I don't think but I think the lack of movement and range of motion post surgery made it a bit worse.
Groin pops when I just move my knee out to stretch. I find the more I do it it pops less and I feel less discomfort running.
If I don't pop it or over stretch it it hurts way worse and almost stops me from running.
If I stretch it and crack it I can run pain free.
Wierd. It's been going on for 3 years. Again if I manipulate it I can run pretty pain free.
Really long runs or hard runs I notice it the next day and it goes away.
Running 40-70 miles per week with not to much problems...just ran a 2:30 marathon it pain free....biking seems to Make it a bit sore.
