Hey guys, could you help give me an estimate off of this workout for the 1600 and 3200. I have been doing about 40 MPW, but this workout:
3X1600 meters, with 4:30 rest.
5:33,5:35,5:39. we did the first 1200, and then kicked the last 400. i hit 80 for the last 400 on every one. thanks :)
