I will be running the 200m and the 400m at our first track meet next week. I've been training as a 800m runner, however, so I'm a little nervous. My PR came from last season was a 51.10 400 (never ran 200m). My SB in the 800 was a 2:03. If I want to run a 47high 6 weeks from now, what times should I be aiming to hit this weekend?
Also, has there been any successful 400m runners who moved down from the 800, aside Albert Juantorera?
