I am a HS sophomore and just getting back into shape after taking off 4 weeks for a hip injury. Recently I went out for a 5 mile run and decided to make it a progression run after seeing my first mile split:

I felt very relaxed until the last half-mile. I know this isn't very impressive but I'm kind curious to see what kind of shape I am in time wise (1600,3200,etc.). I would appreciate any predictions!
