Hi all im a junior in high school and i was wondering how much mileage i should do this winter. during xc i tend to average my mileage out at 25-30 mpw and in track last year the average was between 15-20 mpw. i do respond well with higher mileage it seems however i dont want to overkill it seeing as my body isnt used to very high mileage. is 35 to 40 to much? also any actual training plan would be awesome seeing as we don't have any set training plan for indoor.
