Im a D1 runner who focused on the mid-distances in high school. Im moving up to longer stuff and getting more mileage in because I've been showing strength in those areas. The problem is I'm still a little top heavy. I used to lift weights frequently in high school and I have lots of upper body mass (muscle only, no fat). The mass has been shedding slowly but im still too bulky. I haven't lifted weights in over 2 years although I still do light core work and basic strength routines with my team.
Any tips on how to lose it? Diet? Workout routines? Just a waiting game?
