Sir Lance-alot: I have discovered that you are not a very intelligent individual. Of course, this is not something which requires much analytical ability to ascertain. Just because Allyson Felix would destroy you in a sprint does NOT mean she is blazing fast. She is a wonderful athlete because of her speed endurance. She is not capable of a blazing 100 meters. This is why she does much better in the 200 and also so well at 400 meters. Allyson Felix is the most talented 800 meter female runner in the U.S. today, and you're not bright enough to understand it. Nobody is surprised. Lydiard would have understood it and would have been able to train her to run 1:54 within two years, and if Lydiard could do it, I obviously could, too.
Snell actually said that he was always getting beat my sprinters in training. So how come Lydiard did not train these sprinters to be even better than Snell?
The answer is you know nothing about the difference between sprinting and middle distance running
Sir Lance talks sense you talk rubbish
