Hoping there might be an experienced coach or two out there who could help me put together a training schedule for high school CC--especially in progression from week to week and peaking. Here is what this week looks like. Sunday: Long Run -- 8-10 miles
Monday: 4-6 miles easy + strides
Tuesday: 4x 1200 vo2max w/ 3:30 min recovery + 4x200m reps + 1 100m all out.
Wed: 4x10 min tempo pace w/ 1 min recovery
Thursday: 4-6 easy + 4x200 reps
Friday: easy 2-3 miles + strides
Saturday: Race
