Jason DiJoseph, former record holder of the Holmdel Park course record in NJ. 2nd place as a senior in the Kittiny (Foot Locker) Nationals. i think DiJoseph ran 8:58 in the 3200 at some point in high school. Ron Faith also went on to run 29:28 in the 10k in college which is pretty good.

There were some seriously good distance runners to come out of west Michigan as far back as the 1970s. My high school's best runner- Greg Meyer, the last American male to win Boston himself.
One of my sister's old high school teammates got her Olympic Trials cut in the marathon last fall- Katie Clifford-Jazwinski.

Actually Paul VI, yes I just went to his personal xc camp and I love the speeches, gets you ready for the season.
