How do we see the GLVC shaping up this year?
4 teams ranked in the top 25 in pre season... Any thoughts?

bump! come on who are our top returners, any darkhorses?
men, women? how many teams from the GLVC can make it out of this regional?
Men's Prediction
1. Southern Indiana
2. Bellarmine
3. Northern KY
4. Lewis
5. Indianapolis
6. Parkside
7. Drury
8. Missouri S and T
9. St. Joe
10. Jewell
11. Maryville
12. Kentucky Wesleyan
13. Quincy
Outside the top 2 maybe 3 teams there is not much here. Drury has not raced so there is no telling what they are capable of at this point.
The Greater Louisville Race should give us a closer look at how several of the GLVC Teams look. Southern Indiana ran pretty well at the Intercollegiates, while Bellarmine's men look solid on a much faster course at Notre Dame. The depth of USI is what puts them in the front of the conference now! I will be keeping my eye on the Flyer's of Lewis, with them not getting to race at The Stampede we lost a good comparison!
Southern Indiana will roll all over Bellarmine. Bellarmine and Lewis will be fighting for second unless someone comes out of the woodwork.
NKU on the mens side for an upset over USI/BU
NKU for the upset win....Miracle would be a more appropriate word...
*cough* transfers *cough*
bump.
how close is the women's race in your opinion. in mine.. it's closer than you think!
Yes, the women's race could be quite close. Bellarmine, Lewis, NKU, USI, UWP all have a shot.
The battle for men's freshman of the year will be interesting also, as we arguably have the best crop of rookies in the GLVC in quite some time. Webber (NKU), Barrett (St Joe), Peronnie (BU) and Pence (USI) have all ran well. Parkside has a great freshman class as well
