Yes, this was not a catastrophe. He lost maybe 2 seconds. He was fully upright and barely off the track. You jump back in and run, run, run. The place time doesn't matter. The finish time doesn't matter. Finish the race, that is what matters.

I think he would have lost less than one second.
It's unclear why he even had to run off of the track.
I think he just cracked mentally -- which is weird as there was only a little more than two laps left to run I think
