Brooks Ravenna or Asics-1160.
Hey will how have you adapted to the 4mm drop? I just made a thread here asking how to do it. I also overpronate mildly, do the mirages support well?
I would recommend the Asics DS Trainer to you. That's what I used for a while. The Lunarglide by Nike also gives some support.
After countless problems with my achilles and hamstring, I've been using the Mirage on easy runs and some normal runs but if im feeling weak and/or if im sore ill wear mild-moderate overpronation shoes with 5 minutes of barefoot running for the end of every run. Im slowly getting used to more of a neutral shoe but Im looking for something in-between the mirage and my Mizuno Ascend 4's. Isnt the DS trainer a mild-mod support shoe? And how do you like the Lunarglides+2's? Also, have you tried the LunarElite+2's?

These mizuno trainers specifically are a moderate support shoe, they're lightweight, give a lot of ankle support, and are intended for runners who tend to overpronate.

I've put about 600 miles in these shoes already, and am considering just buying a bunch of them, since they really do me justice.
Also, with most shoes, i noticed my circulation gets cut off on the top of my foot by the shoelaces of any shoe i have, after a little research, i found this was a common problem, and a man by the name of Arthur Lydiard comprised a method of lacing up the shoes that alleviates this sensation, i tried it, and my hurt ankle stopped bothering me, as well as contributing for a more comfortable run.

Dump your shoes--
Im trying to slowly go down to minimalist/barefoot but im taking my time to avoid injury
To answer both Scares me question and ur question, I got my gait analyzed and my left foot is neutral while my right mildly overpronates. I decided to get shoes that Dont have too much support (Inspires) and im trying to go down to mimimalist wear. Im already pretty comfortable on 5 minutes after every run going barefoot but Im trying to find shoes for mild overpronation, or shoes that have some supprt. Has anybody tried the Lunarglide or the Lunarelite?
