I have plenty of 400 speed.
My theoretical best race with a 2.0 tail wind:
10.40 curve 100, 9.55 straightaway 100.
I've run 150 in practice in 15.5, with my fastest last 100 in 9.60.

No fraeakseng wayz
maybe you should just try it?
Usain Bolt : 9.58*2 = 19.16
Jeremy Wariner has never been under 20.0. Ditto for Butch Reynolds I think.
They can't do it, nor could Carl Lewis, and most likely you can't do it either. Only if you can't train for 100 like Michael Johnson (injury prone) or if your start/acceleration is suspect (Mennea).
Your best opportunity would be to try to improve your explosiveness (plyos-box jumps) and your acceleration (longer drive phase if you have the weight room power to accelerate that long), then--once you have developed the ability to reach a higher top speed--work on speed endurance of the higher speed.
If you can't get higher acceleration/Max V, you might look into some of Mennea's methods (VERY hard, and it could reduce your 100m). There's a book available on the web.
No chance. I think your absolute limit right now is between 20.3-20.4.
It takes at least about 10.10-10.15 speed to have a shot at going under 20 seconds in the 200. Most sprinters about your level can't do it without going sub-10 in the 100 first, though.
I doubt you've broken 13, for a 100 yards
What do you mean "between 10.25 and 10.35"? Did one of your bros time you with a stopwatch down at the local high school track or something?
maybe you should move up to the 800.
"They can't do it, nor could Carl Lewis...."
What?
I believe Lewis ran 19.75.

Excuse me?
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tB7RclXGkLkCarl Lewis ran 19.80 in the 1984 200m final and won the gold medal and I believe he possesed a pr of 19.75. Get your facts straight before coming on here....
Increase your mileage. Run uphills once a week, eat ugali...and boom!! you have sub 4 in the mile. It's weaker than 10.35 in 100m but not for your earnings.
It was FAT. I also have a coach doing video analysis and giving me workouts.
I have run under 21, and I have run in the 45.5-46.5 range for 400.
The 100m PR came in the last year and I think I can go faster but probably not much and I'm focusing heavily on the 200 instead.
I'm fairly confident if I put all of my effort into the 100 I could get into the 10.2 to 10.1 range but obviously I'll have better pro success at the 2 and 4 and possibly the hurdles.
I can't put on any more muscle mass on without getting overcombered in the 2 and 4.
if you are a 400 type (yet somehow you only have a range for your 400 and not an exact pr) then you need to focus on the specific demands of 200m
forget 400 training
short speed
acceleration- extending it through 80 meters
turn mechanics
work in the 120 to 250 range for your endurance work
race race race that distance
improve your 100
0/10. too obvious
