hello, please predict my 5k time based on this workout.
4 x 800m with 2 minutes recovery.
3 x 400m with 1 minute recovery.
2 x 200m with 1 minute recovery.
2:40, 2:45, 2:49, 2:47
1:20, 1:15, 1:14
34.5, 34.5
This was a really hard workout. Pretty much gasping for air at the end of 1:14.
I'll post what I am actually running my 5ks in after a few replies in order to gauge an effective implied versus actual correlation.
