A bit of chaos week with night shift and lpts of time constraints. The goal was just to get runs rides, paddles done anyway I could. Kyak and bike totals a bit below normal but not too bad. This week I should be a bit better organised.
No hot weather here in mid winter just mucky rainy coolish days. Nothing like the conditions in Benelux and Germany though. Where in Germany are you Newbi?

M. 14.1 km. run. 370 metres elevation gain. 100 mins.
Steep rocky muddy mostly technical single track.
T. 33 min. kayak.
20 km. mountain bike. 51mins. That was 2 x 10 km loops in 26 and 25. Pretty solid effort, course was pretty muddy and slippert in places. Then a 3.5 km easy cool down spin.
W. 11 km. run. 230 m. elevation gain. 62 mins. Rolling dirt farm roads in thick cloud. A good strong pace for this course.
T. 35 min. kayak in windy rainy conditions. 7°C but a sharp windchill out on the lake.
22 km. mountain bike in the forest on a xc course 67 mins.
F. A weary plod of 10 km.. in 59 mins. on a flattish course.
S. 3.2 km. run. 110 m. elevation gain.24 mins. Trotted up Roo Hill as far as the ridgeline (560 m. 90m elev. gain). Then easy running on forest trail and road back to town. 4°C and pouring.
20 km. mountain bike ride. 58 mins. 2 x the 10 km loop. Slow, legs were heavy as was the rain. Muddy conditions. Strong winds.
35 min. kayak. 15 laps of Hedley's Dam. Raining, cold, windy. Just getting it done.
S. Most of the day spent demolishing our old greenhouse. Late afternoon run. 12 km. 405 m. elevation gain. 86 mins. Steep rocky muddy technical single track excapt for last 2 km which were run down a fire road in fading light.
