Hot & humid most of the week, heat index in low 100's.
I ran 5 of 6 days, including my neighborhood 5k course yesterday in 23:50 when it cooled and was overcast.
An interesting study below on heart rate and breast cancer patients found Heart Rate Reserve was the most accurate during and after treatment for predicting intensity verified by VO2, for control subjects too (healthy). I follow Kristin Campbell's work, her lab does a good job at sorting out reliability in exercise-oncology.

Karvonen or HRR method: Target Heart Rate = HRmax - HRrest X %intensity + HRrest
My 'boost' transfusion went well, no reaction or Graft Vs Host Disease yet. They only gave me 4-5 tablespoons of my brother's lymphocytes and saved the rest for serially increasing infusions over the next number of months.
Have a great week!
