I think Tegenkamp's good for a 27:15-25. He's run 13:16 and 3:40 so far this season. We know he's capable of 3:35 and 13:00, so I put his strength at matching the strength required for maxing out those times. I think he might've been capable of running sub27 once upon a time, but that fairytale has ended by now.
