Just had a weird dream. Whats it mean?

Just had a dream. In that dream I woke up on my race day (which is this coming saturday). Anyways my brother had vanished. His tv was on as if he left it there. Me, and my parents were confused. They called the cops, and the cops said there was thousands of reports of the same thing happening. Random people just came up missing..whole families missing.

For whatever reason I didn't want to miss my race so I still went to it. Half the field was missing including one of the favorites. I really wanted to finally beat this guy because he always contributes his fast times to not himself training, but god. (reminds me on Ryan Hall lol)

Well we got into the race and were about a mile into it when the sky started getting really dark. There was loud screaming and started to feel like it was getting really hot. Then boom i woke up.

Does this mean anything?

It sounds like it means you are not going to beat that dude, even if God has to intervene to prevent it. Stop trying to fight God and acknowledge Him and you will find the success that you so desperately need.

I think the interpretation is obvious. You want to murder your father and marry your mother.

The runner in the race that is always talking about God is your father. The race that you so desperately want to win but cannot because of your rival is your mother. In the dream your father has been eliminated and you can now take possession of your mother.

The getting dark and hot represents your fear of punishment for violating taboos by eliminating your father and murdering your mother.

Good answer. Is there any symbolization in the fact that he woke up when he did? Could the end of his dream be like a double awakening where he awakes from his dreams and changes in conscious life as well as a result of that seminal moment?
