I am a junior in Illinois with times of:
9:34 3200
4:27 1600
2:00 800
I want to stay in the midwest and am looking at:
UIC
Depaul
Loyola
WUSTL
Purdue
Indiana
Illinois
Wisconsin
I know some of these are out of my league, but can anyone offer insight to any of the schools? Anything is appreciated.
I know Pat Savage of Depaul stepped down as head coach. Does it look like that program will be on a downfall from now on because of that?
Also, are there any other midwest schools I may not be familiar with (Grinnell, Larence, etc.) that I could fit in well team wise and have good programs?
I really want to commit to running in college and make it a big part of my experience, and I feel I have a lot of potential. I want to be in a program where I will receive proper coaching and helpful training to develop and run faster.
