I'm about to start the recruiting process and was wondering, what schools have the best academic and distance running reputation? I don't know my major so that's irrelevant

Stanford
Duke
Princeton
Why didn't you tell us any of your PR's? Your major isn't relevant but how good you are makes a huge difference in whether you should go to Stanford or a top D-3. Since you're on Letsrun I assume everyone with good "PRs" is lying and every "serious" discussion avoids the topic I'll assume the latter.
You should look into Williams College.
Colorado School of Mines. Go ahead and try to find a school that has faster runners and higher starting salaries right out of school. Plus, the #1 party school in the country is just up the road, but far enough away to avoid distraction.
yeah stanford pretty much dominates in a school+running compedtition
Have you ever read one of Hall's blogs? I would submit the education a student-athlete gets at Stanford is not the same as the non jocks. Stanford just had to ban the practice of distributing the "easy class list" to the athletes. Oh, and you're looking at six figure debt coming out as well.
Stanford
Notre Dame
Princeton
William and Mary
Georgetown
Cornell

Not if you're scholarship haha, plus every private school costs over $40K now
They're good enough to get on almost any team in the country, though I may have to walk on at the top couple.
I have a 34 ACT and good grades so getting in shouldn't be a problem
Wisconsin
NYU!!!!!
