I was thinking about lowing my mileage. I wanted to know if anyone knows of any successful athletes now, or in the past that have run done really well off of low mileage.
I'm thinking of dropping it from 80-100 base to 45-60 base. I feel really tired all of the time. I did well off of low mileage in high school, and since then running has been a lot harder, and my times haven't really gotten much better, and i'm in my 5th year.
Also my focus is on the mile, 5k, and 10k.
So if anyone has any thoughts I would appreciate it.
