I have been using it every day almost for the last 2 years(a little less like 21 months).I found out that was wrong.For best results 3 weeks on 3 off some people say .Mine has to be fixed so i might be forced to try this.I also tryed this a few weeks ago for 2- 3 weeks.Does anyone know the right way to use one?I have some big races this month and next .I was sleeping at 12,000 feet 8 hours and another 2 or so for tv and reading.
