I've been doing all my training in Nike Free 3.0's for approximately a year and a half. I haven't really had any injuries that were directly related to them. I've been running between 30-50 miles per week throughout the year.
However, recently, it's been hurting a bit under the balls of my big toes... I'm not sure if this is because of the Free's or not because I've only noticed it over the past month or so. But I took a week off because it was the end of my season and I think they've healed a bit.
What shoes would you recommend? I'm looking for something a little bit more built up than the Streak xc's I think because I use those for racing...
