I think I'm finally back to normal, after 2 weeks of around 30 miles...all very slow mileage, this week came effortless to me.
M: am - 8 easy (7:15) / pm - 4 easy (7:13)
Tu: 8 easy (7:14)
W: am - 8 easy (7:20) / pm - 4 easy (7:23)
Th: 10 easy (7:07)
F: am - 6 easy (7:42) / pm - 4 easy (7:41)
Sa: 8 moderate (6:16) - where the hell did that come from?
Su: 12 easy (6:54)
Weekly Total - 72 miles
YTD - 215 miles
Don't really know what happened on Saturday's run...started the first 2 miles around 7:15 pace, and before I knew it...I was just flying. I had to have finished up the run close to 5:00 pace, I guess that means I'm back!
