Whilst I am satisfied with another week of base I would appreciate some feedback/advice. My Marathon is in 22 weeks and I intend on following a Daniel's type program for the last 18 weeks with an emphasis on threshold and MP running. What should I do for the next 4 weeks? More base or sessions? If sessions what type.

I started running in March 09 after being a fitness jogger (3-5miles 1-2 times per week) for years with a 10k PR of 44min. My race results since have been
