My hands. I'll just run behind, you won't even notice me.

I don't want to be poking her, she's still trying to get in a workout.

I really like the ones at aerie. They are supportive but not overwhelming. I'm a full B to C. I always wish they had pockets between the bra cups. Do you know of anyone that makes one like that. And don't say your hands. They would be too busy anyway.
Under Armour makes some of the best.

Endure and Original are great.
Always been a fan of Champion- the seamless band around the ribs is awesome
This thread is next to useless without pictures
At the running store where I work, an overwhelming favorite is Moving Comfort. Champion is good too. We get good feedback from CWX and Nike. UnderArmour gets mixed reactions. Hope that helps.
Ditto on Moving Comfort- tons of options too.
If you are an A or B and just need something to cover up and avoid sway, there are lot of options available. But, if you are even a little bit busty and need support w/o feeling like you are being choked, go with Wilson, Under Armour, Moving Comfort and Champion. Nike, Sucony, NB extc., tend to focus on the athletic build.
I'm an A, but the champion one's seem to wear out quickly and cause irritation both in the front and back.
The Lululemon Ta Ta Tamer seems to be pretty good....nice support and no chafing for me...

Although, it might be worthwhile for a non-troll female to pose this question on an all-male message board. The older, sex-starved men here probably have gynecomastia and can make a few honest recommendations regarding running bras.

Champion has no seams which works great. i wear most of my other running tops inside out. both jogbras and other tops have seams that chafe under my arms.
if one of these companies were smart, they would create running clothes with the seams on the outside.

Based on medical studies, it is said that almost 50% of men have gynecomastia at some point in their existence.
The company Title IX makes some really great models that prevent most bounce and almost all chafe-everything except the nipples in my experience
Dont forget that vaseline on your skin helps prevent chafing
I move that any further ridiculous posts from guys result in women sharing not only their sports bra advice, but discussion of their latest gyno exam and menstrual cycle..it might get the guys to nose out
Another vote for Underarmor here.
