just find a site streaming the BBC. We can do this.
BBC site usually does not work for streaming oustide uk
Do a search just before race try just in tv sports but have a feeling won't be on that either.

Yeah... I happened to see it live, I was at the gym on the dreadmill and it was on the TV. Farah looked pretty good - went away from the other leaders on the hill pretty easily. I guess it helps being such a light guy when there are hills.
Farah looking a class apart, but Rupp perhaps in better shape than Farah's ease of victory indicated - he pulled away from Lebid pretty convincingly towards the end.
Farah confirmed in interview post race that he is now off to Albuquerque to train with Salazar/Rupp.
