I've noticed my strise is longer now that I'm running intervals after a base phase of two months. Is this a good or a bad sign??

You are ready to run a 2 hour marathon.
bump
Did you measure it or are you just guessing that it grew?
it grew; ive even got comments on it by my wife
How's your cadence?
cadence is faily quick, so that's good; but stride length longer for sure
You are probably just stronger doing high mileage.
Perceived longer stride is worthless. It is actually the ground you are covering with each foot strike. That can't be easily seen. It has to be measured. It is not how far out front your foot is going but rather the push you get.
When I was doing a lot more mileage, I noticed that I could run into a wind with much less perceived effort than before.

It's bad. Having a long strise is bad for your liver.
have your wife measure it and see if it grew
