There are many consumer treadmills out there that reach 15 mph, or 4:00 mile pace.
Although you may not think you need it, you may find the speed headroom valuable--I understand that good marathoners throw down some sub-5:00 miles in the course of a race.

5:00 miles give you a 2:11:00 marathon, which is less than a minute off the Canadian record (and a lot faster than I'm expecting to do in the immediate future).
I definitely do a lot of my training quicker than this, but nothing that I'd do on a treadmill. It's mainly for piling on the miles during prairie winters, with less frostbite and/or layers than I deal with right now.
