All these guys who can figure out someone's age from a single picture are pretty impressive.
Seriously though, there are ten kids that ripped on any good high school football team. Guess they're 20 years old, too?

well state burger, you have to admit in the past african transports have been suspect and even have been caught lying about their age more than one time in the past. I don't know how old he is for sure, but he looks older than most 15 and 16 olds I know to include Aficans I have know.
do you wish people more would not worry about people possiblity cheating or lying?
Well, it's a known fact that muscle development and hairline are the best ways to determine how old someone is. Lebron was 25 when he graduated high school. Dwight Howard was a grandfather as a junior! Oddly, John Stockton was only 19 when he retired from professional basketball.

I do wish more people would not worry about cheating or lying in something as inconsequential as high school cross country, yes. Especially if all they've got to go on is "he looks old and is from Africa".
Dude looks like a linebacker. Must be about 5'10", 235.

What proof do I need? If someone shows me a picture of a duck and I say, "Hey man ! That's a duck ! " Can we not all agree ? Apparently not with you and Vipam.
Kind of a weak argument you've got going there.
Haha I don't know man your argument sounds pretty weak to me.
To not research this kid's age would be an insult real the 14-18 year-olds he is running against. 16 my ass..
Yeah! And what about this guy?

You're trying to tell me he's 18?
and how about this guy?

It is physically impossible for either of these runners to be 18.

Suleiman Nyambui was a 27 year old sophmore for UTEP back in the day....I'm sure this young man was 16, but that was probably 3 or 4 years ago.

Yes, the Kenyans have to lie about their age in the junior levels in order to compete. We all see how poorly the Kenyans perform in the open age groups.

Just because American kids have it easy and don't have to live the harsh and stressful lives of Africans I guess you wouldn't look like most 16 year old Africans. The defination and strength comes from the hard and very strenous lives the young live in Africa.
The Hillel House crowd is at it again. Hahahahahaa. These are the same guys screaming about Verzbicas, who still looks 3 or 4 years younger than this "16 year old". But we have an African here! A BLACK person, so he can do no wrong. LOL. Same hypocritical fags defended Solomon Haile when he showed up, opening the gates for Masters runners to compete against High Schoolers. The cheats know they'll be defended, and know that if they can claim to younger and do well in some sport, they can get a free ride to some school, and continue the tradition of over age foreign athletes in US colleges.

Kenyans and other lie about athlete's ages in junior events to try and scoop up as many medals as possible. What an ignorant f*** you are.
Go look at these 'kids' in person. If you'd seen someone like Webb in person, he looked like a kid. Look at Gedyon in person, he looks like someone's dad showed up to watch the meet.
No he doesn't. He's probably 17-19 -- old but not by more than a year or 2.
So, basically, you're saying you can tell how old someone is by looking at them. Furthermore, because runners from the continent of Africa have cheated before, all runners from said continent are subject to suspicion. Is this a fair summary of what you're saying?
If so, is it safe for me to assume that all US sprinters are cheating because Calvin Harisson cheated? I mean, most US sprinters are black men of similar build and muscle definition to Harrison, right? And they're from the same country, not just the same continent, yeah?
Edward Cheserek rocks!
That course has a legit elevation change with a 1/8 mile hill and a 1/4 mile hill, both fairly steep. BUT 75% of the course is on a concrete path.
I don't care how old this "kid" is...that makes no difference in any sense that really matters. VIPAM is and remains the most ignorant poster this board has ever seen, and he uses multiple user names who are, of course, equally obtuse and moronic, as he cannot rise to a level above himself, which I should not expect, but this hinders his capacity to camouflage himself. VIPAM is really incapable of anything remotely approaching rigorous analysis, BUT he does appear to care about the sport almost as much as he cares about starting threads in order to preen for pathetic attention, and for that I give him credit.
Man you got a real problem. You come across as one of those stalkers who are infatuated with a person (VIPAM) and to gain attention you spit negativity. I enjoy most of VIPAM's posts although I don't agree with all of them. Take a chill pill clown and stop chewing on VIPAM's jock!
Right, this is how infatuation usually presents itself: a brilliant manifestation of ratiocination in piercing through to the naked heart of an idiot's idiocy...yes, yes, you're another dolt who understandably enjoy's another imbecile's posts...I suppose I'm infatuated with you, too.
OK, I need to lay it down here. Goddamn it !!! You people are really willing to take one side or the other. Aren't you?
Here is a dramatic statement : I think there are a lot of East Africans who don't know their actual age and/or lie about it, **AND** (Please notice the added emphasis to the word "and") I also happen to think they are the most talented, hard working (generally speaking) runners on the planet.
OMG !!!! This might f**k peoples' thought mechanisms up ! Uh oh !!! How are letsrunners' going to deal with this?
Now, discuss biatches.
